A focused massage that relieves neck, face, and scalp tension and pain. Helps relieve TMJ disorder, increase circulation and lymphatic flow, reduce puffiness, and sculpt the face and jawline. You can also add other modalities such as myofascial release, facial cupping, Thai herbal poultice, lymphatic drainage, and gua sha.
Up to two hours of a truly head-to-toe massage. Includes a full-body massage as well as a warm castor oil abdominal massage, face, buccal, and scalp. I may incorporate other modalities into your treatment, such as dry brushing, hot stones, gua sha, dynamic cupping, or sound therapy. Each session is unique!
Triple acid 20% Azelaic + Mandelic + Lactic Peel: Reduces inflammation, clarifies pores, and targets hyperpigmentation. Features mild alpha hydroxy acids, soothing botanical extracts, and a non-irritating form of vitamin B to balance tone and texture. No downtime. Not appropriate if you have an almond allergy; a detox enzyme mask with steam can be substituted.
Matcha Peptide Calming Mask: Soothing and brightening gel sheet mask infused with matcha, PDRN, and glutathione to help calm visible redness while promoting a brighter, more balanced complexion. Antioxidant-rich matcha and skin-smoothing peptides leave skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and visibly calmer.
Thermal Lift Gua Sha – Includes gentle heat + vibration to sculpt, tone, and depuff the face.
As a massage therapist, holistic esthetician, Ayurvedic practitioner, and TCM student, my philosophy is simple: help your body heal itself. Through intentional touch, nervous-system calming, and deep nourishment of both skin and spirit, I aim to support your natural ability to restore balance and vitality.
Most of my facials are massage-focused, aiming to increase circulation, lymphatic flow, and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. I use gentle plant-based products that hydrate and nourish the skin and restore its protective lipid barrier instead of stripping it away.
I love blending modern technology—like microcurrent—with holistic techniques such as facial massage, buccal massage, and manual lymphatic drainage, while drawing on centuries-old beauty rituals and wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
“Of all the gifts we can give to people, the gift of our touch is one of the most priceless. Through our hands, we convey a kind of radiance. A warmth seeps out from our inner fire, a wrap for someone’s chill, a light for another’s dark.”
